As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials required to execute our services. Failure to do so may result in delays or service limitations.
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms in advance or based on milestones. Delayed payments may lead to service suspension until dues are cleared. Any payments delayed beyond 15 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month until cleared.
All content, graphics, code, and strategies created during service delivery remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. After final payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
We respect your privacy and treat all client data, strategies, and business information as confidential unless disclosure is required by law. This obligation shall continue even after the termination of our agreement.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, or traffic numbers. Our services are executed using best industry practices. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use or interruption.
Our services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., Google, Facebook). We are not responsible for changes, errors, penalties, or downtimes from these providers.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Any outstanding payments must be cleared before termination. Work completed until the termination date will be billed accordingly.
We shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government restrictions.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our services means acceptance of those changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
